Role Overview
The Lead Digital Visual Designer defines and delivers exceptional visual experiences across digital products, applications, and device interfaces.
This hands-on creative leader combines design excellence, strategy, technical expertise, and user insight to create innovative, user-centered solutions while mentoring designers and fostering collaboration and growth.
Working with cross-functional teams, the role ensures design integrity throughout development and uses user insights to improve experiences.
It also applies AI-powered tools and workflows to speed ideation, enhance creativity, streamline execution, and drive innovation while maintaining quality, accessibility, brand consistency, and responsible AI practices.
Focused on strategic leadership, design systems, emerging technologies, and execution, this role delivers future-ready design solutions that support business goals and elevate customer experiences.
