Software development

  • Design, develop, evaluate, and maintain responsive React applications, portals, and embeddable widgets for partner platforms.
  • Build secure, versioned REST APIs and microservices using C# and .NET Core.
  • Implement workflows and integrations across finance providers, partner systems, enterprise APIs, webhooks, file exchanges, and AWS services.
  • Design database schemas, queries, indexes, migrations, and data-access patterns for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Contribute to AWS workloads using EKS, Lambda, and batch or container services.

Testing, delivery, and operations

  • Write unit, component, integration, contract, and end-to-end tests, including with Jest and NUnit as relevant.
  • Build reusable, accessible UI components and optimize browser performance, responsiveness, and maintainability.
  • Participate in API and event-contract design, code reviews, pairing, documentation, architecture discussions, and secure coding reviews.
  • Contribute to CI/CD and infrastructure automation using Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Instrument and troubleshoot services; collaborate with QA and operations teams on test readiness, release confidence, runbooks, and recovery procedures.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years building and supporting production software applications.
  • Strong C# and .NET Core skills, including REST APIs, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, testing, and secure coding.
  • Professional experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, component architecture, state management, HTML, and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB or comparable relational and document databases.
  • Experience with microservices, API-first development, third-party integration, resilient distributed systems, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS.
  • Ability to write automated tests, diagnose issues across application layers, use Git-based workflows and CI/CD, and translate requirements into maintainable implementations.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with embeddable widgets, micro-frontends, white-label applications, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, ECS batch workloads, S3, KMS, certificates, or secrets management.
  • Exposure to Python services or data pipelines, Terraform or Pulumi, GitOps, observability tools, production incidents, or financial services.

Workplace and employee conditions

  • The benefits information describes hybrid work and flexible working hours; employees may need to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary.
  • Some positions may require business travel or event attendance; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required where driving is an essential job function.
  • The description lists physical and computer-work requirements and says reasonable accommodations will be considered absent undue hardship.

Benefits

  • Benefits listed for US full-time roles include healthcare, flexible spending accounts, life and disability coverage, a health savings account, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Other benefits include development and learning opportunities, flexible hours, wellbeing resources, recognition, and employee communities.
