Role Overview
Endava is seeking a Business Analyst with 5+ years of SaaS industry experience.
The role bridges business and technology teams, drives requirements clarity, and contributes to successful product delivery.
Responsibilities and Core Skills
- Apply business analysis fundamentals, including requirements gathering, user story creation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, workflow diagrams, mockups, and functional specifications.
- Use basic technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, application logs, and system integrations to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Use AI-powered tools for documentation, research, analysis, and productivity improvements.
- Analyze business problems, identify solutions, and translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Communicate confidently with stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment is preferred.
Work Schedule
- Work hours are from 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST.
Workplace
- A work-from-home option is available because of the work schedule.
