Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the clinical 24Z workflow.
• Train Assistants on: 24Z workflow Proper patient communications Proper sterilization Proper equipment care and maintenance

• Attend quarterly lead assistant trainings.
• Implement proper ordering and supply management protocols.
• Ensure End of Day (EOD) tasks are completed and submitted daily.
• Communicate with the Central Operations and Individual Teams.
• Meet weekly with the Regional Lead to share a report summary of 24Z deliveries.
• Contact the Regional Lead for clinical support as needed.
• Ensure the assistant block schedule is properly utilized in the back office.

• Deep understanding of the 24Z Process and each appointment within (N1-N8).
• Capable problem solver with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously.

• Ability to build strong relationships with providers, clinical, and administrative staff.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
