AI Strategy Manager

Team Leadership

Manage a team of two AI analysts, running daily stand-up meetings to set priorities, assign work, and track progress.

Direct the team's auditing of AI call categorization outputs, and coach team members of varying technical skill levels, from output auditing to hands-on prompt improvement.

• Review team findings and decide which accuracy issues require prompt changes, workflow changes, or model updates.

Sales Call Evaluation

Own the AI system that categorizes every inbound sales call (tens of thousands per day) by call type.

Maintain the downstream evaluation prompts for each call category, including prompts that identify patient objections and questions, flag red flags and prohibited agent behaviors, and grade calls against Nuvia's sales framework.

Build, maintain, and improve the n8n workflows that route calls through the correct prompts.

Monitor output accuracy, investigate errors, and refine prompts to improve consistency and reliability.

Application AI

• Maintain the AI prompt that evaluates in-person patient consultations within N1.

Maintain the AI prompt that evaluates in-person patient consultations within N1.

Partner with the technical director who leads N1 to audit outputs and implement prompt improvements so consultation evaluations stay accurate.

Maintain the AI agent in the Nuvia Medical Clearance application that scans patients' medical documents and answers questions from doctors and General Managers.

• Ensure the agent returns fast, accurate answers from patient records, and update the prompt as needs or document types change.

New Initiatives & Training

Take ownership of new AI projects assigned by the Technical Directors team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced prompt engineering experience, including multi-step and conditional prompt systems at high volume.

Fluency in n8n or a comparable workflow automation platform for building and maintaining production workflows.

Experience evaluating AI output quality and running structured accuracy audits.

Working knowledge of current AI models and the tradeoffs between them.

People leadership experience, including running daily meetings and developing team members' technical skills.
