Role overview

Responsibilities

• Load and validate client data in the Clearwater investment account system.
• Apply Clearwater Way methodologies to implement and onboard clients and support the Client Engagement Model.
• Identify and lead process improvements for continuous service improvement.
• Apply accounting knowledge and data intake, normalization, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
• Use understanding of fixed income and equity investments and the Clearwater value proposition of aggregating, reconciling, and reporting.
• Coordinate complex activities in a dynamic and agile environment.

Required skills and experience

• Solid foundation in accounting knowledge.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Securities or financial markets knowledge, especially derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income.
• Project management skills, such as workstream leadership.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving and math expertise.
• Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance, math, accounting, or economics.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SQL or other relational databases.
