Role responsibilities
- Shape the technical direction of analytics and AI solutions and design scalable analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, and business stakeholders on analytics solutions and AI-ready data architectures.
- Work with data structures, semantic models, metric layers, and dimensional modeling.
- Establish reusable analytics standards and best practices; support scalable, secure, governed delivery aligned with business objectives.
Skills and experience
- Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale analytics solutions.
- Excellent SQL skills and strong Power BI experience.
- Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of dimensional modeling, semantic models, and analytics data architecture.
- Experience establishing analytics standards, best practices, and reusable technical patterns.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery; strong stakeholder management skills.
