Lead Data Analyst role within Fossil Group's Data & Analytics team in Bengaluru.
Lead advanced analytics initiatives, build impactful dashboards, and mentor a team delivering business insights.
What You Will Do
- Design interactive Tableau and Looker dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and maintain reporting accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Optimize dashboard performance, load times, responsiveness, and large-dataset handling.
- Develop SQL queries and use Python or similar tools for extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Implement data validation and quality checks for accurate, complete, reliable reporting data.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Lead and mentor analysts and drive best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Have 8–12 years of experience in BI, data analytics, data engineering, data visualization, or AI roles.
- Bring strong Tableau Desktop and Server expertise, including advanced reporting, data blending, and calculations.
- Have hands-on Google Looker Studio and modern AI-enabled visualization tool experience.
- Demonstrate strong SQL and database knowledge for ad hoc analysis and business reporting.
- Understand data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and GCP applications.
- Python or similar scripting experience for data analysis is an advantage.
- Show analytical thinking, problem-solving, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
