Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD solutions for spare parts operations.
• Support sales order processing, pricing, billing, returns, and service parts management.
• Support integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Align configuration with delivery scheduling, Available-to-Promise, and parts-return processes.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces.
• Conduct functional testing and support UAT and cutover activities.
• Deliver training to end users and create relevant documentation.
• Provide ongoing post-go-live support and enhancements to improve process performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP SD.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
• Participation in at least one S/4HANA implementation project in an automotive or aftermarket service environment.
• Deep knowledge of spare parts logistics, service order processing, and reverse logistics.
• Experience with complex pricing models and customer-specific conditions.
