Lead Consultant — Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional (Finance)

Key responsibilities

• Lead Fusion Financials and Procurement design and delivery, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Drive implementation roadmap, enhancements, quarterly release adoption, regression testing, and controlled deployments.
• Lead EBS-to-Fusion migrations, FBDI data loading, reconciliation, and coexistence planning.
• Own cutover plans, rehearsals, go/no-go decisions, downtime management, and go-live coordination.
• Lead hypercare, stabilization, defect triage, knowledge transfer, and transition to steady-state support.
• Translate business requirements into configurations and technical designs; perform fit-gap analysis and favor standard solutions.
• Build integrations, extensions, and reports using OIC, VBCS, BIP, OTBI, and FBDI.
• Govern production support, incidents, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven issue resolution.
• Evaluate Fusion AI features, including AI Agent Studio, for Finance automation.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor deliverables, mentor team members, and protect data integrity through reconciliation and validation.

Must-have qualifications

• 10+ years as an Oracle Fusion techno-functional consultant with a verifiable delivery track record.
• Hands-on Fusion Financials and Procurement delivery, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Procurement.
• Proficiency in VBCS, OIC, BIP Reports, OTBI, and FBDI imports.
• Production support expertise, including incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA-driven resolution.
• EBS-to-Fusion migration experience, including data migration, reconciliation, cutover, and go-live.
• Post-implementation hypercare experience and transition to BAU support.
• Exposure to both Fusion Cloud ERP and EBS, including migration or coexistence.
• At least two end-to-end Fusion implementations spanning design, build, migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.

Preferred experience

• Oracle AI Agent Studio and embedded Fusion AI/ML capabilities are advantageous.
• BICC, ADF, Spring Boot, and REST API development are good to have.
• JavaScript or TypeScript for VBCS UI customizations is good to have.
• Retail or multi-entity, multi-currency enterprise experience and Redwood UX personalization are good to have.
• Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials or Integration are preferred.
