Business Analyst/Scrum Master- Salesforce Commerce Cloud

Position 1 qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of overall experience, including 3 or more years as a Business Analyst in eCommerce or digital product environments.
• Hands-on SFCC experience and working knowledge of iOS/Android application development lifecycles.
• Strong eCommerce knowledge, including catalogs, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, OMS, and WMS.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience, working knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Position 2 responsibilities

• Drive delivery for a digital squad working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related web and app initiatives; own squad execution, blocker resolution, releases, and regression coordination alongside Scrum facilitation.
• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; partner with the Product Owner on backlog readiness, priorities, and commitments.
• Track progress, resolve blockers, and manage risks and dependencies; coordinate developers, testers, business stakeholders, and external teams.
• Drive release planning, regression testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage; communicate status and improve squad predictability and quality.

Position 2 qualifications

• At least 8 years of overall experience, including 5 or more years as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead.
• Proven Scrum Master or Delivery Lead experience in SFCC and digital commerce; strong web and mobile app delivery background.
• Experience coordinating releases, regression cycles, and cross-system dependencies; strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery practices. Retail or omnichannel experience is preferred; Scrum certification is useful.
