Lead Construction Superintendent

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Strong technical and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing needs
• Ability to work in a team environment; ability to collaborate on a daily basis with the project team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, safety and site operations software, project management software, and construction management software
• Knowledge of construction-documenting and drawing, with knowledge of all phases of construction
• Knowledge in all divisions of work, methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong knowledge and appreciation of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety plan
• Ability to create a “safety first” environment by showing a commitment to Zero Injury principles and sustainability practices
• Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. For the Carolinas this ranges from $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
