Oversee and support cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional services, leading a skilled team in a multidisciplinary, patient-centered environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day Cardiovascular Technology team operations.
- Perform and oversee ECG, Holter monitoring, stress testing, echocardiography support, and cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Assist cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, international standards, and hospital policies.
- Monitor equipment performance, quality assurance, and infection control.
- Support staff training, competency assessment, and professional development.
- Coordinate workflow and scheduling; maintain patient records and clinical documentation.
- Support departmental quality improvement and accreditation activities.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiac Technology, or a related healthcare field.
- Valid DHA license or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Cardiovascular Technologist.
- Minimum five years of cardiovascular technology experience, including Cath Lab experience.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures; excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred experience
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in a JCI-accredited hospital is an advantage.
