Qualifications

  • Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage aged debt and premium collections for French and European insurance portfolios.
  • Conduct broker chases, debtor reviews, and account reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve cash allocation and UAC-related issues.
  • Review SOAs, invoices, premium transactions, and policy-level discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and Brokers to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Prepare collection updates, debt reports, and management MI.
  • Support month-end activities and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements.
