Fahed+Architects is an award-winning international design practice specializing in Architecture, Interior Design and Masterplanning, with an expanding portfolio of luxury hospitality, high-rise and destination developments across the Middle East and Asia.
We are seeking exceptional Lead Architects and Lead Interior Designers to join our Dubai studio.
This is a leadership role suited to highly motivated professionals capable of driving projects from Concept Design through Tender Documentation, while managing multidisciplinary consultant teams and maintaining the highest standards of design excellence.
Only candidates with proven experience delivering luxury hospitality, resort, mixed-use or high-rise developments will be considered.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate both strong design ability and technical leadership, with the confidence to independently lead complex projects, interact with sophisticated clients and coordinate international consultant teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- **Minimum 10 years of professional experience**
- , preferably with leading international design consultancies.
- GCC/UAE experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience on
- Luxury Hotels, Resorts, High-Rise Towers, Mixed-Use Developments and Premium Residential Projects
- .
- Proven experience leading projects through
- Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Tender Documentation
- .
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality planning, guest experience and operational requirements.
- Excellent knowledge of construction detailing, specifications, materials and building systems.
- Experience coordinating Structural, MEP, Landscape, Lighting, Signage, Kitchen, Laundry, Wayfinding, Cost Consultants and other specialist disciplines.
- Ability to independently lead client presentations, consultant workshops and design coordination meetings.
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and mentoring junior staff.
- Thorough understanding of international design standards.

- Develop innovative architectural or interior design solutions that respond to client aspirations, operational requirements and commercial objectives.
- Manage multidisciplinary consultant coordination throughout all project stages.
- Lead client meetings, design workshops and consultant presentations.
- Review drawings, specifications, BIM models and technical documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
- Coordinate internal project teams and mentor junior architects and interior designers.
- Ensure projects meet programme, budget, regulatory requirements.
