We’re looking for someone who can strengthen that foundation in our Dubai studio.
**Role:** Finance & Operations Executive
**Experience:** 2–4 years
**Location:** Dubai
- This is not a routine accounting role.
- You will work closely with the leadership team to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to the studio’s financial and operational systems.
- What you’ll be involved in:
- Managing day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Monitoring project-wise financial performance across multiple locations
- Supporting cash flow planning and payment follow-ups
- Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Assisting in building systems that improve efficiency and accountability
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Able to navigate a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Interested in growing within a design-led, international practice
- This role offers direct exposure to how a design studio operates at both a project and business level — and the opportunity to grow with it.
