Apheresis And Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (Tpe) Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• **Clinical Leadership:**
• Lead the launch, daily operations, and continuous upgrade of our new TPE and Plasmapheresis department.
• **Patient Care:**
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to determine suitability for TPE, plasma filtration, and regenerative protocols.
• **Protocol Development:**
• Design and oversee personalized Therapeutic Plasma Exchange protocols (specifically focusing on albumin replacement therapies).
• **Safety & Supervision:**
• Supervise procedures, manage any treatment-related complications, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety.
• **Interdisciplinary Collaboration:**
• Work closely with a global multidisciplinary team to integrate apheresis with orthomolecular, regenerative, and longevity medicine therapies.
• **Quality Assurance:**
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure strict compliance with international GMP and clinical excellence standards.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification/specialist qualification in
• Nephrology, Intensive Care/Critical Care, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• .
• Proven, hands-on clinical experience with Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), membrane/centrifugal apheresis, CRRT, or other extracorporeal blood purification systems.
• Deep understanding of albumin replacement protocols and fluid balance management.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and excellent bedside manner for a premium patient demographic.
• **Language:**
• Fluent English (essential for our international team and global patient base).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in premium private healthcare, VIP clinics, or concierge medicine.
• A strong professional interest in regenerative, longevity, precision medicine, and anti-aging science.
• Experience in treating autoimmune, neurological, and severe inflammatory conditions.
