  • Enterprise data architecture patterns, source-of-truth management, Salesforce-to-ERP synchronization, and integration-aware data controls
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail paired with the ability to focus teams on the highest-value data improvements
  • Cross-functional collaboration across business process owners, data owners, integration teams, architecture, security, compliance, and delivery partners
  • Policy development and enforcement with pragmatic flexibility for implementation realities
  • Clear communication with both technical and business audiences on data standards, risks, root causes, and remediation progress
  • Process improvement mindset and persistence in driving sustained data quality outcomes after implementation
  • Salesforce Data Cloud certification required

  • Manufacturing or industrial data management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce-to-ERP data synchronization and master data alignment
  • Master Data Management tooling or enterprise data catalog experience

  • Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce data migration, cleansing, enrichment, or consolidation programs
  • 7+ years of experience in data management, data governance, data quality, MDM, analytics, or enterprise application data leadership
  • Experience defining and operating data governance, data quality, data privacy, retention, and compliance practices in enterprise systems
  • Practical working knowledge of Salesforce data structures, Salesforce Data Cloud concepts, integration patterns, and data quality management
