Supports the Cloud Security program and delivery of an operational framework for securing bank workloads in cloud platforms.
The IAM Access Control team manages control performance and effectiveness, including metrics, thresholds, and alignment of laws, rules, and regulations to controls.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cloud IAM technologies and controls are implemented, monitored, and aligned with established IAM standards.
- Develop and enhance standards, processes, data elements, oversight, and governance for cloud infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Develop cloud IAM requirements from threat models and applicable laws, rules, and regulations; drive updates to policies, standards, and baselines.
- Assess operational readiness and determine whether existing or proposed controls satisfy policy, regulatory, and control requirements.
- Assess risk in business and technology decisions to safeguard the bank’s reputation and clients.
Candidate profile
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with policies, tools, configurations, and rules for deploying cloud security solutions.
- Experience supporting cloud IAM strategy, architecture, roadmap, and control implementation.
- Ability to work across organizational units and levels with a results-oriented, business-focused approach.
