Lead AI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable AI-driven platform solutions
• Architect and implement
• LLM-powered applications
• and intelligent workflows
• Build and optimize backend services and microservices for AI platforms
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions
• Drive implementation of
• MLOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and model deployment strategies
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems
• Mentor and guide development teams on best engineering practices and AI platform architecture
• Participate in technical decision-making, code reviews, and solution design discussions
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI application performance in production environments
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and technical delivery timelines

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a
• Lead AI Developer, Senior AI Engineer, or Technical Lead
• Strong hands-on experience building and deploying
• AI/LLM-based applications and platform solutions
• Experience delivering
• platform-based or enterprise-scale projects
• Strong expertise in backend development using
• Python and FastAPI
• Experience working with
• LLM frameworks, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Solid understanding of
• containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native architectures
• Experience implementing
• MLOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
• Experience working in international / cross-cultural teams
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
