Lead Agentic Software Engineer

What are we looking for?

Strong technical leadership experience, understanding what makes a team successful and how to support colleagues in their own career development

A background in at least one of Java, C#/.NET, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and their associated ecosystems – understanding how to design and build well-structured, maintainable systems.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work, allowing you to build trusted relationships with clients, coach colleagues and get the job done.

Good awareness of the evolving state of AI tooling, and the enthusiasm to make the most of what's possible.

A problem-solving mindset, able to pragmatically explore options and find effective solutions.

Adaptability and embracing the chance to learn, experiment, and grow your experience.
