Al Nasser Building Materials is a leading supplier of high-quality construction and building materials, serving contractors, developers, and industrial clients across the UAE.
We are committed to excellence, integrity, and sustainable growth.
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Lawyer to join our team and provide comprehensive legal support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel when required.
- Advise management on legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support debt recovery and collection processes.
- Review company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Manage relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislation that may impact the business.
- Protect the company's interests in all legal and contractual matters.
& Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the construction, building materials, trading, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, corporate, labor, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
