Supervises day to day laundry works.
Distributes the job among the workers according to load and size.
Supervises Laundry attendant(s)/worker(s).
Monitor machinery, chemicals, water supply, steam pressure, and works loads.
Trains laundry staff according to the given standards & policies and procedures and report performance to direct Manager/section head.
Maintains appropriate standards of dress, hygiene, uniforms appearance and conduct of employees.
Conducts job orientation training for newly hired employees.
Checks the quality and quantity of washing, pressing, and finishing items.
