Train housekeeping staff.
Assign tasks and schedules.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and training.
Monitor cleaning and housekeeping works of indoor and outdoor areas.
Identify and resolve housekeeping issues properly.
Monitor and control inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies.
Ensuring that all cleaning equipment/materials are maintained in a safe, clean and efficient working condition Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
Conduct regular safety training for staff.
Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
