• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the laundry team.
• Ensure hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry are processed efficiently and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor productivity, workflow, and adherence to established procedures.
• Conduct quality inspections of laundered items and address any discrepancies.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor laundry equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels of laundry supplies and chemicals.

• Previous experience in a laundry operation, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and work in a team.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment, textiles, stain treatment, and garment care.
• Good understanding of safety and chemical handling procedures.
