The Laundry Attendant supports laundry operations by processing linens, uniforms, and guest laundry.

Laundry operations
- Operate laundry machines and equipment following safety protocols; load and unload washing and drying machines.
- Sort, fold, and stack linens and garments, and inspect items for cleanliness, quality, and presentation.
- Address stains, damage, and special-care needs; maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Keep the laundry area organized and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Assist with laundry supply inventory and collaborate with the laundry team to meet operational needs.
Safety and service
- Participate in environmental and safety initiatives and operate in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Follow company environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies to safeguard guests and colleagues.
- Uphold guest service and satisfaction standards.
- Attend training sessions to enhance laundry skills.
