Support the Head of Food & Beverage with short- and long-term planning and management of food and beverage operations.
Focus on customer satisfaction, quality service, and achieving or exceeding financial goals.
Key responsibilities
- Review guest feedback on service, products, and promotions and collaborate on improvements.
- Coordinate department training with Learning and Development.
- Manage weekly payroll and overtime sheets for food and beverage outlets within budgets.
- Guide outlet managers on operational requirements and quality standards.
- Be present during peak service and address operational challenges.
- Collaborate on reports, forecasts, budgets, marketing plans, festivals, and special promotions.
- Stay informed about competitive trends, new products, and legislative requirements.
- Follow environmental, health, and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
