- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines for steel sheet and plate processing.
- Load and unload raw materials using appropriate handling equipment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and cutting programs.
- Verify material specifications, dimensions, and thickness before processing.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during operation.
- Inspect cut parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
Bending Machine Operations
- Set up and operate CNC press brake/bending machines.
- Select and install appropriate tooling for bending operations.
- Perform bending processes according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Measure and inspect bent components using measuring instruments.
- Adjust machine settings to achieve required angles and dimensions.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
