Laser Cutting Operator (Ministry of Defense, Saudi Arabia)
Job Description / Responsibility
- **Machine Setup:**
- Load cutting programs, calibrate parameters (laser intensity, beam focal point, feed rate), and set up proper fixtures for specific materials.
- **Operation:**
- Safely load, position, and unload raw materials and finished parts into the machine.
- **Quality Control:**
- Conduct dimensional inspections using calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify part accuracy against engineering drawings.
- **Maintenance:**
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, such as cleaning optics, checking nozzles, and clearing debris, to keep machines running at peak performance.
- **Troubleshooting:**
- Monitor cutting processes to quickly identify and address malfunctions, material defects, or programming errors.
- **Safety & Compliance:**
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety protocols, wearing necessary protective equipment, and maintaining a clean work
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Diploma (Vocational)
- Skills Required: laser, cutting machine, Laser cutting, Laser and Aesthetic machineries
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
