Landscape Design & Development
- Create bespoke, high-end landscape designs tailored to luxury villa clients
- Develop concept designs, detailed drawings, and material specifications
- Integrate architecture, outdoor living, and environmental elements seamlessly
Project Execution & Management
- Lead full project lifecycle from concept to handover
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure premium delivery
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to luxury standards
Technical Expertise
- Oversee irrigation systems, drainage, and planting strategies suited to UAE climate
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and sustainability practices
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical challenges
Client Engagement
- Work closely with high-net-worth clients and consultants
- Present design concepts and provide expert recommendations
- Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and relationship management
Quality Assurance & Maintenance
- Ensure top-tier quality of materials, finishes, and planting
- Develop long-term maintenance strategies for villa landscapes
- Supervise post-installation performance and enhancements
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- 6–8+ years of relevant experience in luxury residential landscaping
- **Mandatory/Highly Preferred:**
- Proven project experience in high-end Dubai communities such as Al Barari, Jumeirah Islands, Emirates Hills, or Dubai Hills Estate
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design tools
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant selection, and desert landscaping

- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple luxury projects simultaneously
