Landscape Engineer/Architect

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape and related finishing and architectural works.
• Inspect and receive contractor works.
• Coordinate with the Senior Architect, Project Manager, and client.
• Review submittals against approved specifications.

Experience and qualifications

• At least 12 years of professional experience in engineering or architecture, including at least five years in a similar position.
• Professional licensure as an architect or engineer.
• Experience with master planning and large-scale landscape design projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia building codes, zoning regulations, and professional standards.

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of landscape design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent modeling tools.
• Expertise in sustainable landscape design and environmental stewardship.
• Understanding of irrigation, drainage design, and water management.
• Knowledge of hardscape and softscape principles, plant selection, and horticultural practices.
• Arid-climate landscaping and water-conscious design experience is preferred.
