Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Landlord Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensure optimal portfolio performance, and enhance landlord satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with landlords and property owners
• Act as the primary point of contact for landlord queries and concerns
• Monitor portfolio performance, including occupancy rates
• Advise landlords on rental pricing and UAE market trends
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and maintenance activities
• Resolve landlord and tenant issues efficiently
• Prepare portfolio performance reports
• Support business development and portfolio growth
• Ensure compliance with UAE property regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in property management or real estate
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Client relationship management experience
• UAE driving license (preferred)
