Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced **Landlord Relationship Manager** to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensure optimal portfolio performance, and enhance landlord satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with landlords and property owners
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlord queries and concerns
- Monitor portfolio performance, including occupancy rates
- Advise landlords on rental pricing and UAE market trends
- Coordinate leasing, renewals, and maintenance activities
- Resolve landlord and tenant issues efficiently
- Prepare portfolio performance reports
- Support business development and portfolio growth
- Ensure compliance with UAE property regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in property management or real estate
- Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
- **Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)**
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Client relationship management experience
- UAE driving license (preferred)
