Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Construction Labourers** to join our team.
The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople and perform general construction duties to support the completion of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
No advanced technical skills are required, but previous construction experience is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, steel fixers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as required.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction activities.
- Mix and prepare construction materials as directed.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform other manual labor tasks.
- Assist with site setup, material handling, and equipment movement.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Comply with all health, safety, and company regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety is an advantage.
