Labor Coordinator \| UAE
We are looking for a **dedicated, disciplined, and proactive Labor Coordinator** to manage workforce attendance, welfare, coordination, and site discipline across our camps and project locations in the UAE.
This role is critical in maintaining smooth communication between workers, camp management, site supervisors, and the HR/Admin department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control **daily labor attendance and absenteeism**
- Coordinate with **camp boss, supervisors, and site in-charges**
- Handle **labor welfare issues, complaints, and resolutions**
- Maintain proper **discipline and behavior** in camps and sites
- Provide **guidance and training** to workers regarding company rules
- Prepare and submit **daily attendance and welfare reports**
- Follow up on **tickets, medicals, visas, and documentation**
- Act as a bridge between **workers and management**
- Ensure compliance with **company policies and safety rules**
- Support HR/Admin in labor-related documentation and follow-ups
Requirements
- Previous experience as **Labor Coordinator / Camp Coordinator / Site Coordinator**
- Strong control over **labor attendance and discipline**
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Urdu/English preferred)
- Ability to handle **large groups of workers**
- Basic knowledge of **UAE labor rules and camp management**
- MS Excel and reporting knowledge is an advantage
- Must be physically active and able to visit camps and sites daily
