Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Labor Coordinator.
The Labor Coordinator will manage workforce scheduling, monitor daily attendance and work hours, and handle employee placement according to project needs.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor regulations, maintaining detailed workforce records, and assisting with onboarding processes.
Collaboration with team leaders and timely communication across departments are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in workforce management, scheduling, and labor coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in record-keeping and compliance
- Ability to effectively communicate with team leaders and manage employee placement
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- Previous experience in manpower supply or construction industry is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Preferred languages: Urdu, Hindi, and English
- Ability to manage multiple sites and workforce effectively
- Basic to good computer and reporting skills
