L2 Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level-2 (L2) application support for project and production-related activities.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot UAT (User Acceptance Testing) environments.
• Support and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth application deployments.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications across different environments.
• Investigate and resolve application, infrastructure, and database-related issues.
• Monitor application performance and system health using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution and project delivery. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations for service improvements.
• Ensure adherence to operational and support processes, including incident and change management. Required Skills & Experience Application & DevOps
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and version control practices.
• Experience in application installation, configuration, and environment setup. Database
• Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle Database.
• Experience in writing queries, troubleshooting database issues, and supporting application data requirements. Infrastructure
• Good understanding of infrastructure components, server management, and application hosting environments.
• Experience working in both Linux and Windows
