Area(s) of responsibility Job Title Sr Executive Experience: 4 years and above Location: Pune Role Description: Key roles & responsibilities:

• Working with the Operations team to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices & processes to achieve operational excellence.
• Regular status update by tracking operational KPI’s on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Connect with Various stakeholders for centralizing the data and making sure to have sustainable process in place.
• Provide leadership and management to Support teams and projects.
• Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills. Qualifications & Attributes: Excellent People Management skills Excellent Communication, Coordination skills Co-ordination and program management skills required to interface with various stakeholders. Time management & inter-personal skills
• Excellent presentation/Negotiation skills.
• Strong Liking towards handling complex data & patterns.
• Strong quantitative aptitude
• Ability to spot trends through multi-dimensional analysis and co-relation skills
• Basic knowledge in Excel/PowerPoint and any Business Intelligence tools
• Good Analytical & Problem Solving skills
• Analytical Ability
• Ability to Learn & grasp new concepts
