Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline; a Human Resources diploma is an advantage.
  • Experience in learning deployment or programme coordination, or a strong interest in developing a career in learning.
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment and working across international and diverse teams.
  • Training or certification in producing Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex sessions is highly desirable/essential.
  • Flexibility to work European Time Zone business hours; adjust schedules for peak demand and virtual learning support when required.
