Global law firm with approximately 2,500 lawyers and professionals in major business centers.

The firm is recognized for practices including finance, private equity, life sciences, litigation, privacy, and cybersecurity.

Role Overview

Supports administration, operation, and ongoing enhancement of intranet and collaboration platforms.

Supports SharePoint Subscription Edition while contributing to transition to SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and third-party platforms.

Works with KM Technology, Enterprise Systems, and internal stakeholders on troubleshooting, configuration, testing, workflows, reliability, usability, search, and user experience.

SharePoint Online Administration

  • Contribute hands-on to development and deployment of the SharePoint Online intranet through a third-party vendor platform.
  • Build and maintain site collections, page templates, navigation, permissions, and content types.
  • Triage and document technical issues and coordinate escalations with relevant teams.
  • Test fixes, new functionality, patches, and upgrades; monitor platform health and troubleshoot issues.

Power Platform and Workflow Development

  • Build and maintain Forms and Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, content lifecycle management, and surveys.
  • Identify and develop Power Apps solutions for business processes and user self-service.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements, workflows, functionality, and third-party web parts.
  • Explore AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, to improve workflows, self-service, and knowledge access.

Search, Governance, and Collaboration

  • Support search optimization, content findability, relevance, and AI-assisted content discovery.
  • Contribute to content freshness reviews, permissions audits, and information security requirements.
  • Prepare and govern intranet content for enterprise search and AI-enabled knowledge tools.
  • Translate stakeholder content and UX needs into technical solutions and coordinate requirements, testing, prioritization, progress tracking, and support.
  • Maintain documentation for site structure, permissions, configuration standards, and appropriate use of AI-enabled tools.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of hands-on SharePoint Online experience, including site architecture, permissions, page and web part configuration, and content types.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI-enabled search, or other enterprise AI tools.
  • Prior experience building and supporting an intranet platform end-to-end.
  • Experience building and supporting forms and workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other tools; source text ends mid-qualification.

Compensation

  • Source lists a salary range of USD 96,600–147,300 per year.
