Flash Freeze Manufacturing LLC operates a flash-freeze processing facility inside the Dubai Fruit and Vegetable Market at Ras Al Khor.
The facility freezes surplus fruit on the same day it arrives at the market.
The company is an early-stage founding team building its operating systems from scratch.
The Role
The company is hiring Kitchen Staff for full-time work on its production team.
The role is hands-on and physical in a cold-processing environment.
Staff rotate across intake and preparation, the freezing line, and pack-out during a full production run.
Work must be precise and consistent on every shift.
Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare fruits and vegetables precisely to specification.
- Work assigned production stations, including intake and preparation, the freeze line, or pack-out.
- Complete pre-shift equipment and hygiene checks.
- Record temperature and batch data at required checkpoints.
- Report quality issues or off-specification product to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow cleaning and sanitation procedures between every batch.
- Support stock and inventory counts at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience cutting and trimming fruits and vegetables in a commercial kitchen, food-processing, catering, or similar production environment.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to the assigned work schedule.
- Ability to work consistently and precisely without close supervision.
- Comfort working in a cold or blast-freeze environment for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and checklists accurately.
- Basic spoken English.
