Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the kitchen are maintained to the highest level.
- Assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen by supporting chefs with basic food preparation tasks.
- Handle and clean kitchen equipment and utensils in adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory and stock rotation to support kitchen operations smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
What you Need
Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Genuine enthusiasm for food and the culinary arts.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to evolving priorities.
