Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines; set up and stock the assigned station before service.
- Ensure food is properly cooked and served at the correct temperature and quality.
- Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and organized; follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Store and label food products and ingredients correctly; assist with preparation, portioning, and other kitchen duties.
- Communicate with the Chef and kitchen team during service; monitor ingredients and report replenishment needs.
- Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous Line Cook, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards; ability to work in a fast-paced team, follow instructions, and maintain food quality.
- Good communication and organizational skills; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays when required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties.

Pay
- Pay is QAR 1,500–1,800 per month.
