About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a caring, creative, and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to nurture young learners through activity-based and play-based learning.
The teacher will be responsible for developing foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development in a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver **age-appropriate lessons** using activity-based learning methods
- Teach **phonics, basic English reading & writing, and foundational math concepts**
- Conduct **fun activities** such as storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and games
- Ensure **student safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being**
- Maintain a **positive and inclusive classroom environment**
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly
- Prepare **lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids**
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and behavior
- Organize and participate in **school events, celebrations, and activities**
- Work closely with assistants and other staff for smooth classroom management
Qualifications
- **Bachelor’s Degree** (any discipline)
- **Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE)** or Montessori training (preferred)
- Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in Kindergarten or Pre-primary teaching (preferred)
Skills Required
- Strong **communication skills in English**
- Patience, creativity, and a **friendly personality**
- Ability to handle young children with care and responsibility
- Good classroom management skills
- Basic knowledge of **phonics and activity-based teaching methods**
- Teamwork and coordination skills

Working Conditions
- School/learning centre environment
- May require participation in events and extended activities

- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
