What we need

Required Skills & Experience

• Childcare experience and/or babysitting experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
• Proficient reading and writing skills
• Experience in a service-oriented environment preferred
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Able to climb and hang decorations when needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. A basic criminal background check will be required as part of the hiring process. This is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and members. Our Core Values
