Role Overview
- We are seeking a motivated Fresh Saudi engineering graduate to join our Key Accounts team at an entry level.
- The role is designed to develop foundational experience in relationship management, business development, and exposure to major national entities in Saudi Arabia.
- The candidate will support senior team members in engaging with key organizations such as:
- **PIF and selected portfolio companies**
- **Saudi Aramco**
- **SABIC**
- **Major contractors and EPC firms**
- **Government and semi-government entities**
- This is a development focused role for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in strategic account management and business development within the Kingdom’s key sectors.
1. Learning & Relationship Support
- Support senior team members in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Meetings and follow-ups with client organizations.
- Observe and learn engagement practices at managerial and senior levels.
2. Market & Opportunity Research
- Tracking upcoming tenders and project announcements.
- Understanding the process involved and documentation compilation for vendor registration and prequalification with key potential customers.
- Help identify potential business opportunities under guidance.
3. Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing basic documentation for proposals and submissions.
- Support internal teams in gathering client and market information.
- Learn organizational structures of key accounts.
4. Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate meeting schedules and maintain records of interactions.
- Ensure timely communication updates between internal teams and potential customers.
- Support reporting and documentation activities.
• Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
- Strong interest in business development, sales, or key account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- Internship exposure in construction, EPC, consulting, or government-related projects
Key Competencies
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Good communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
- Team collaboration
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Basic coordination and follow-up ability
