RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a Key Accounts Executive to join the team. As a Key Accounts Executive , you will be part of the Commercial Operations team reporting to the Key Accounts Supervisor.
Key Accounts Executive role is responsible for contributing to the development of national and local key accounts, developing the commercial strategy on territory level across all indirect channels by deploying the set strategy in the market. Role holder will manage their assigned territory and accounts in terms of KPIs across all trade categories & ensure the execution of commercial plans. Compile reports and gather market intelligence to report back to the territory supervisor. Maintain a solid understanding of the assigned territory in order to identify opportunities. Establish and maintain a good working relationship with assigned accounts in your territory and 3rd party distributor and customers.
Your ‘day to day’ TERRITORY MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate, propose, and deploy the set of commercial objectives by developing comprehensive knowledge of the assigned accounts in your territory
- Ensure efficient coverage and effective territory planning that focuses on visiting high weighted key accounts and individual POS customers, maintaining relationships, and gathering market intelligence.
- Identify new opportunities that can have a positive business impact on your assigned territory.
SALES ANALYTICS
- On territory level - consolidate and analyse all market and PMI business performance (CC & RRP) in order to define territory performance gaps and strengths in a timely & effective manner.
TRADE RELATIONSHIPS
- Build & maintain mutually beneficial business relationships with strategic outlets across all channel touchpoints in order to ensure smooth business operations and maintenance of expected product availability and visibility.
- Monitor, evaluate business partner’s performance and propose activities to improve their result based on commercial approach, consumer centricity and promoting PMI’s image of a top-tier business partner.
DIGITILIZATION
- Drive and lead on digital engagement in your assigned territory across all indirect channels in order to promote digitalization and improve business model efficiency.
EHSS, PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES
- Ensure that all conducted business activities correspond to national legislation as well as PMI Principles & Practices.
- Train & guide 3rd party customers on relevant policies, procedures and guidelines and report all noticed accidents and incidents.
Who We're Looking For
- Candidate must be currently based in UAE and has a valid UAE driving license
- College or university degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key accounts/territory/sales role preferably in FMCG industry
- Proficient in MS office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent command in English (both written and spoken) to thrive in a large multinational company
- Digital Savvy and hands on with upcoming technologies
- Capable of independently managing key accounts within an assigned territory with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of territory dynamics, customer behavior, and market trends
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments
- Demonstrates strong critical and analytical thinking skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
