Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions and outcomes.

Analyze account performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions to enhance profitability.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create customized proposals and solutions that meet the specific needs of each key account.

Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance, address concerns, and align on future strategies.

Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management, providing insights into market dynamics and account performance.
