Job Purpose
Provide operational and administrative support for corporate rental and chauffeur drive services.
Ensure smooth execution of client requests and efficient coordination with internal teams.
Maintain service quality and client satisfaction for key accounts.
Accountabilities
- Handle day-to-day requests from corporate clients for rentals and chauffeur services.
- Coordinate national bookings, deliveries, and customer follow-up with the rental car team (Cash to Cash and Credit).
- Ensure service standards and client satisfaction.
- Liaise with operations and dispatch teams.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Sixt fleet solutions.
- Track account performance and report to Sales Management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service or operations.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with internal booking and reservation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to provide excellent service.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage bookings, schedules, and internal requests efficiently.
