  • As a Commercial & Business Development Associate, you will:
  • Support the growth of Ornua’s Foodservice and Food Manufacturing portfolio, focusing on industrial bakery and B2B dairy applications.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline development, and market analysis.
  • Build relationships with customers and distributors while learning solution selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Support prospecting through research, networking, and industry events.
  • Sales Support: Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customer meetings. Customer Engagement: Participate in meetings and help maintain strong client relationships.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Assist in accurate sales forecasting and maintain CRM records. Collaboration: Work with Supply Chain, NPD, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Learning & Development: Build technical knowledge of Ornua’s products and applications.

Equirements

  • :
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships count!).
  • Strong interest in foodservice, bakery, and eating-out-of-home channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to travel within KSA.
