Achieve the sales target set by management.
Promote company products and solutions to current customers and attract new clients.
Maintain full knowledge of all products and services and clearly explain them to customers.
Study customer needs and requirements and present suitable solutions and proposals.
Implement the sales policy and comply with performance indicators (KPI) and job tasks for weekly, monthly, and annual evaluation.
Follow up with different departments to ensure order processing and delivery to customers.
Deliver strong presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of products and services to clients.
Manage customer accounts and provide necessary support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain continuous communication with customers through regular visits and professional engagement.
Follow up and ensure timely collection of invoices and receivables from customers.
Register all sales opportunities and potential customers in the CRM system and keep them updated.
Prepare reports related to visits, communications, and sales activities.
Provide reports about market competition, prices, and offers.
Prepare sales plans and identify potential opportunities.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the department.
